The Infected

(Hazel: okay then I will join. If you do accept it you should probably give me a quick recap of where my character might come in yet or not.)

Personality: Kind, logical, over worker, light sleeper, Quite a liar, tad insane.
Looks/Description: Has deep brown short-hair with pale skin, wears a usual white lab coat over ripped jeans and a t-shirt. He has skinny fingers and a tall lean body. He has blue eyes, and fake glasses he wears. He is not much of a mess but is good enough to be called neat. Looks younger then he is.
History: He was an only child. His parents were known scientists who worked for the government. He had been infected, his parents did not find out but the government did, they killed them and he fled. He had grown up living in fear for he had been infected and was a runaway. His abilities were never a true fact, they were well hidden for he was a smart man. He grew up and when he was 18 started conducting research on how to get rid of these powers and save children's lives. He is as if a safe point for all infected kids who need to hide for some time. He is slightly insane but is kind and caring to the children.
Relationships (Crushes, Family...) No one.
Other: Been a scientist for 2 years, will soon be captured by the government and maybe killed. Lives in a basement of a small store in an alley way called "Golden Wing". The store seems empty with only 'den' and 'Wing' flashing dimly. Most people do not know his abilities. He has been hidden for so long he gets away with his research telling the government that he was doing research to strengthen the abilities, but good thing they may not had a child who had the ability to tell lies from truth to come over, and it is almost impossible to tell what he is thinking. Inside the basement he uses as a lab he has a small bell when anyone comes in he can only hear it in his small office in his 3 roomed basement. He has a pretty cluttered lab room/office. Has not yet found a solution. He thinks it will be impossible without the right equipment, that only the government has that he is not ever going near again.

Recap: Ok so far we've been saying it was around a year ago that everyone was infected but your character could have been infected in earlier experiments or something...

Well right now Fawn, Wendy Max and maybe Miya (Not sure what she is up to at the moment) are looking for a place to hide. So they could be in 'Golden Alley or something if you want. Then you could take them in.

Sankra Ajay and Harmony are kind of out of reach at the moment though.

Wendy shook her head slowly, but was thinking at the same time. Where could they go to hide at least until nightfall, at which time they could move unoticed?

Max shrugged. "Fake mustaches?" he said jokingly. Max looked back down the alley where they had come from. "Well, if worse comes to worst, Fawn, you can just change into a mouse or rat or something and make an escape. For me and Wendy it isn't so easy." He said, slightly jealous of Fawn's powers. For the kind of life they were living, she had gotten the best power save maybe invisibility. Max's power was more of the offensive showy kind, which was nice and all, but did not help you escape from danger.

Bronze had done some of his work and decided to find something in this store he could use. He crept from the basement to the door that was hidden behind the cash register. Everything was still dusty when the owners had left it had been abandoned. There was metal and twinkets every where, the store only had one small window so it was dimly lit. It was not a very large room but he knew how to get around the massive piles of junk that was left there. He thought he felt someone else but slightly ignored it. He went to the window and did a quick check, dark, wet, and crud everywhere out there. He rummaged around the area he had found the item a day before. His psyhcic power enabled for an easy check of some one running through or walking through the alley.

Sankra glanced around the area, with curiousity she was interested of what was going to happen then a certain thought popped into her head I wonder how my brother is doing he was at the same place i was when we were accidently got powers she knew that she would meet up with him later but not now though.

Sankra while walking opened up her wings and flew before she even it inside

Bronze knew someone was outside. He had not found the item yet but decided to go check who was there. He crept to the door and peered out. He asked silently,"Who's there?" into the darkness that was surrounding the area where the sign did not light.

Sankra flew away from the building she managed to dodge all of the darts but one hit her tail, she didnt notice at first until she started getting a bit drozey Must make it to a safe place! she thought

Bronze smiled and whispered,"My name is Bronze, I live here, you and your friends may come in if you would like, I mean no harm."He said to Fawn as he knew that there were others also. He stepped inside and opened the door widely,"The door is open to all those who are hiding, this is a safe haven for all infected. Fear not that the Government will not find you, step inside while the door is wide open."He said softly to the kids while holding the door open.

Wendy's head swung towards the voice, and she listened out of curiousity. Part of her yelled to run, but she ignored it. Where would she run anyway? She looked at her brother, then Fawn. Raising her eyebrow, she silently asked them their opinions.

Max jumped, but was quickly able to calm himself. When he caught his sister's eye, he was confused. Since when did she ask him for help? She was the leader of their little pair, and always had been. Although he didn't know it, Wendy wasn't sure what to make of Max now that she had him back. He had changed so much, matured to the point where he could have been her age. She didn't know how to treat him. "And why should we trust you?" Max asked Bronze, snapping out of his thoughts.

Bronze laughed a bit and answered,"It is your decision, a pair of government agents make their way through here through the way you are going, around 5 minutes, and it is a longer alley way then you think. Lucky, I am here to help, since it seems only one of you could make that escape, trust me or not." he smiled and waited patiently for an answer still holding the door.

Wendy smiled at Fawn's intimidation atempt. Bronze was right, though. They had no choice. Whatever happened inside couldn't be any worse than getting captured.

Max almost laughed at Fawn's threat. He could tell that she was faking it, but the man might not see that. It was worth a shot anyway. Max followed her lead and made a small flame appear in his hand. Just enough to show what he was capable of...

Bronze slightly laughed again and shut the door when they were all in. He then made his way over to the basement door and lifted the door slowly. "I live in the basement, that's where you will be hiding, just do not touch anything or that door with the bronze handle. We might want to get in now." He said this as he felt two others coming down the alleyway the way the kids were going. He jumped in and waited for the others to get in.

Wendy followed Fawn, watching her surroundings carefully. She checked that Max was behind her, then wondered about Bronze. Who was he? Why was he inviting them in?

Max jumped as the door closed, and the flame in his hand went out. He followed the others, nervously watching Bronze.

Bronze shut the door silently and closed his eyes lightly as a rug swept over the door silently using his brain. The two government agents were about to walk around the store without noticing the door to the basement. Opening his eyes he then went over to a small clear part where an old couch lay and he smiled,"You may sit if you want but don't talk too loud." He said as he walked into his office and shut the bronze handle door. He sat back and tapped his fingers on his desk. The only main things he could do with his psychic powers was to move things at least 3 feet away, and partially read someones mind, two minds was a lot more work, the other thing was just his big wits. He sighed as he started creating something out of small parts that was as if a bird like thing.

Personality: Likes to 'fly' solo because she has a hard time trusting people. Though when she has gotten to know you she is funny and totally sarcastic.
Looks/Description: Dirty blond hair (Closer to brown). 5'6" and enjoys wearing her favorite colors red and black. She almost never wears her hair up.
History: Was orphand at 4 with no siblings. She had been on her own ever since and has a hard time trusting people

Other: Favorite colors are red and black, she likes to keep her hair down and is very self conscience of her wings.

Power: Power of Ice, can control ice, and turn things into ice at a touch of the finger, sometimes can't control this power.
Personality: Sloppy, Bold, calm, absent-minded, and deep sleeper.

Looks/Description: He has white hair with dark blue eyes, and pale white skin, and not a very short kid, a bit taller then 5 feet and 4 inches. Looks like he is very fragile or frail. He usually wears a long sleeved shirt, and medium length shorts. He also wears leather gloves that the government created so they could not harm when he wore them. His clothes made out of material to keep his body warm. A tracking device inside a anklet he wears. Not a person that wears shoes.

History: Months ago, he and his family lived a normal life until he started to change, he was getting a bit too cold and he noticed that no one else felt as cold and it was such a hot day. He went through more days feeling colder each day, but one day he washed his hands and the water froze, he was shocked and everything he touched was about to turn to ice. He accidentally touched his sister and she was imprisoned in an Ice tomb. His parents had called about it and the government came quickly, he was taken away to the facility and made a slave, his sister was under their containment to keep him in control. He then was assigned to find and hunt down the other infected.

Relationships (Crushes, Family...) Sister is in containment in the government facility. Parents are unknown. No crushes yet.
Other: His powers sometime do not work, and sometimes they might go berserk if he is exposed to anger. But, he is most of the time calm and never has such emotions.

Bronze sighed as he put away the small trinkets and left the test tubes and his notes on his desk. He got up and got to the door. Opening it, he asked,"Need something?"  he came out and shut it behind him. He could tell that the two government agents must have left by now. He glanced at the office door then back at Fawn,"Oh, You must think I was calling someone." He said as he opened the door revealing the room, his room cluttered, and the basement was maybe cleaner than this room. Books and papers piled up along the surface of his own desk and the floor. "Well, I can assure you, it may seem suspicious, but the phone down here isn't even hooked up. I did not want you kids coming in my office when I was doing more concentrating." he told her,"I never really asked your names but I guess that might not be needed, I believe you kids won't stay here for long. Leave whenever you'd like." He spoke, stepping back into the office and stood near his desk glancing at everything, the door still open behind him. He began rummaging around the mess. Papers and books went flying in the room. All his thoughts filtered his mind. In a split second, he realized a book was in his hand. It was a journal almost with no name on the spine or cover, this one seemed old. When he tossed those things earlier he must have used his powers to glide it into his grasp without thinking. He blinked once. Twice. Wondered if the children saw that. Silently he sat in a broken chair acting like nothing happened.

Nickel crossed his arms as he went through the alley ways. He was searching for more infected kids now. His handler was somewhere watching him, as he did this. Two Government agents pass him by but ignore him and start whispering about him. He stared at his gloves as he walked down the alleyways. His breathe cold as he breathed out. He did not know which way he was going but he knew that they would be hiding here. He kept walking on casually, his plan, maybe to fool the kids.

Zero spit out some blood and ran across the allyway quickly. She could hear motercycles in the distance, it could only mean one one thing. THEY were coming. She dived into an empty dumpster and crouched there, shaking, as the motercycles passed.
